This company is a scam!
We were contacted in and sold an advertisement in Jan 2012 for £2,750 (over US$4,000) - which we foolishly paid!

Today (September 2013) there has been no Parliamentary Yearbook, but there is an inbox filled with excuses as to why it hasn't happened!
I have researched and it appears others have the same problem - some since March 2010. (and it appears they are still contacting people trying to sell more advertisments):
These are excerpts from emails with them:
July 2012
"...The book is in production now but being a large publication, it has a production cycle of some 10 to 12 weeks so it will be distributed early Autumn. You will of course be sent a voucher copy on publication..."July 2012
July 2012
"...Because of Parliamentary activity, there is always the possibility of delay with the publication of the Parliamentary Yearbook … it is for this reason that we never give specific dates for each issue and this is covered in the terms and conditions relating to the contract. Events totally outside our control have resulted in the production of this current issue being considerably later than we would have wished.
I note what you say about your text being out of date but the book is now in production and it is too late for me to withdraw your entry.
August 2013
"... we were well into production when the Prime Minister announced his Government shuffle. This means that, whilst Government policy did not change, many of the editorials were written by, or attributed to, Ministers who were no longer in the posts and were therefore inappropriate. As a result we have had to delay production whilst we sourced new, or updated existing, content. Whilst the publication is regarded as important within Westminster, writing new pieces for the book were not necessarily at the top of new Ministers’ priorities when “getting their feet under new desks” so it has taken rather longer than we expected to get the new content together. However, that is now complete and the book is back in production. We shall be delaying production of the next issue to ensure that the book has a shelf life of a year..."
